3tsp backing powder
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup oil sunflower
2 cups sugar white
add milk half and the other half water , i added water fizzy water, some may like plain soda, coke is good with a chocolate cake,
Cook in a cookie tray or a very low cake tins or as I do I use a pizza trays and than add on top of each other. Like that don't need to cut the cake and when when a cake eggless cake is cooked on a thin tray it's wonders.
Cook at 180
20 min or more mine
35 min using a air oven
Or till toothpick comes out clean 
For the filling cherry jam
On top add wiped cream
with orang rest and grate
chocolate on top
