Tofu
Cut fresh tofu in slices and fry or
Heat some oil in a pot non sticky preferred
High flame add the tofu and let it get roosted well
Turn and do the other side
Soak in soya or tamari
Put on a plate aside
Garnish with something cool and fresh crunchy but be wonderful
