Coffee cake, vegetarian

Making a cake is a science, but no worries using this recipe u will get the cake, don't try to change the portions cause it won't come

For the cake 2 1/2 cups self raising flour 1/2 coco 
3tsp backing powder 
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
2 cups icing sugar
1/2cup water
1/2 cup milk
1table spoon coffee paste

tip add the water, milk 1 tbsp coffee paste and stir wait till the foam shows and add at the end, i made the cake today if u beat it well u should need anymore water at the end

How to make the coffee paste, 1 table spoon coffee that dissolves in hot water 3 tbs icing sugar very important tip add the coffee first and add 1/4 tsp off water, than add the sugar and beat it a thick cream should come. This is used for the icing and add more coffee and sugar  taste 

For the icing  that covers the cake
2 double cream 300ml each 
1/2 cup icing sugar 
2 tbsp
add the coffee paste 

add all the ingredients, beat the cream till fluffy and cover the cake

Tip some times it seams that the  cream is not fluffing, some times add more sugar or put in blender and beat till some babbles show up and than try beating it again. 


Put the oven on at gas 4, 350 F, 180 C

Add all the ingridents except water sifting flour, coco ,backing powder, sugar.

Add yogurt, oil, Now  add the coffee for the cake

Line tin with butter sieve flour or add spray or backing paper optional, how ever u find it more convenient

Bake cake for 30 min or till toothpick comes out clean
